Please note: There is a R 20,000.00 transaction limit for Credit Card payments. This is a temporary precaution to help prevent fraudulent transactions. We ask that if your order value is higher than R 20,000.00, that you pay using the other PayFast payment alternatives, or via traditional EFT/Direct deposit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

It may be necessary to change prices either up or down from time to time, including alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at time of ordering.
Offers and Promotions
Sometimes we run special offers. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other NEST FURNITURE AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS cc internet or product offer. Offers are not transferable or for publication either on or offline.
Offers with a spend threshold always exclude delivery charges.

Where items are in stock, delivery can be made within 2-3 working days.
Larger pieces of furniture may have a longer lead-time (generally between 6-8 weeks), please check with us by product, for more specific information on availability.
NEST delivers nationwide throughout South Africa.
Delivery charges door to door via our nominated courier service, are calculated based on carton dimensions/volume. The volumetric weight of the products you purchased will be multiplied by an average cost per kilogram, based on the entered delivery address.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Should you wish to attain a more accurate delivery rate, you are welcome to contact us and order your products manually.
Alternatively, customers can arrange their own collection. If volume details are required for a particular order, then we are happy to provide these details.
Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 5 days.
You MUST notify us in writing and we will refund you in full or replace the product within 15 days of receipt of your notification.
If goods have already been delivered to you, then they must be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price of returned goods, if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully re-saleable.
Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot refund or exchange self assembly items if they have been assembled, unless faulty. Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, then a demand for a refund or replacement can be denied.
Consumers have six months to return faulty or unsafe goods.
In the case of a product defect, you may be refunded in full or one or more parts will be repaired or if necessary replaced.
Should there be any visible defects on our self assembly items or if hardware parts are found to be missing, then please contact us immediately.
Our product warranty for bunks, midsleepers and highsleepers
In the event of a manufacturing fault occurring within 2 years there is a replacement warranty. The product/part product will be replaced.
IMPORTANT: Slight deviations in colour and size and slight marks in our solid wood products are simply the characteristics of natural products and contribute to the overall charm. Damage caused by incorrect use, through gross negligence or mistreatment is not covered in the guarantee. This is especially the case if the assembly instructions are not followed.
We do not offer our own assembly service. If you require assistance with assembly, then please let us know – we can normally recommend professional handymen in your area to help. However, please note that the arrangement needs to be made by you with the recommended handyman. NEST cannot take responsibility for any damages caused during the assembly process.
If you are hiring your own handyman, please ensure that they are appropriately qualifies to do the job.
Before assembling, study the instructions carefully.
Check all parts and hardware against the inventory first, before you begin assembly.
If any parts or hardware are missing or damaged then please contact us immediately. Do not begin assembly!
