Cancellations and Returns
Thank you for choosing our flat pack furniture for your home. We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, so please take a moment to review our return policy.
1. Check Dimensions Before Purchase: Before you assemble your product, make sure to double-check the dimensions on our website to ensure it fits your space. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once the boxes have been opened due to size compatibility issues.
2. Inspect Outer Packaging: Prior to opening the cartons, carefully examine the outer packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately.
3. Check for Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Parts: After opening the cartons, inspect all components for damage, faults, or missing parts. Should you discover any issues, kindly get in touch with us before proceeding with assembly. We are here to assist you in resolving any problems promptly.
4. Notification: In case your product is faulty, damaged, or has missing parts, please notify us in writing via email within 15 days of receiving your order. Ensure to include accompanying photos showing any defects.
5. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving your notification, we will promptly assess your request. We aim to either refund you in full or replace the product if it is in stock.
6. Return of Goods: If your goods have been delivered, they must be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition before we can process a refund. Please note that we may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is not fully re-saleable.
7. Return Delivery Charges: Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or, incorrect items.
8. Self Assembly Items: We cannot refund or exchange self-assembly items that have been part or fully assembled unless they are faulty.
9. Tampering: If the goods have been tampered with in any way, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement.
10. Product Warranty – Bunk, Mid and High Sleeper Beds: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault occurring within 2 years from the date of purchase, we offer a replacement warranty. This means that if any part of the product exhibits a manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected component or the entire product as necessary.
11. Natural Characteristics: Please be aware that slight deviations on colour, size, and minor marks in our solid wood products are inherent to the natural materials used. These characteristics contribute to the unique charm of our products and are not considered manufacturing faults.
12. Exclusions from Warranty: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, gross negligence, or mistreatment of the product. It is particularly important to follow the assembly instructions correctly. Any damage resulting from failure to do so is not covered by this warranty.
13. Statutory Rights: Rest assured, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
