Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you are happy with any product purchased, but if you wish to change your mind or return a product to us, for any reason, you may do so providing you act within 5 days.
You MUST notify us in writing and we will refund you in full or replace the product within 15 days of receipt of your notification.
If goods have already been delivered to you, then they must be returned to us before a refund can be processed.
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price of returned goods, if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully re-saleable.
Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot refund or exchange self assembly items if they have been assembled, unless faulty. Also, if you have tampered with the goods in any way, then a demand for a refund or replacement can be denied.
Consumers have six months to return faulty or unsafe goods.
In the case of a product defect, you may be refunded in full or one or more parts will be repaired or if necessary replaced.
Should there be any visible defects on our self assembly items or if hardware parts are found to be missing, then please contact us immediately.
Our Product Warranty for Bunks, Midsleepers and Highsleepers
In the event of a manufacturing fault occurring within 2 years there is a replacement warranty. The product/part product will be replaced.
IMPORTANT: Slight deviations in colour and size and slight marks in our solid wood products are simply the characteristics of natural products and contribute to the overall charm.
Damage caused by incorrect use, through gross negligence or mistreatment is not covered in the guarantee. This is especially the case if the assembly instructions are not followed.
